Staffed Snow Machine Rental in Orlando

Orlando gets plenty of sunshine and next to no snowfall. For an afternoon or an evening, our crew changes that: we haul in the snow machine, operate it ourselves and keep the flakes coming over your guests.

We serve Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, including Winter Park, Lake Mary, Kissimmee, Apopka, Sanford, Clermont and Winter Garden. Travel within 30 minutes carries no extra fee; beyond that, the fee is set before you book.

The machine works in any temperature, indoors or out, so a sunny backyard is as good a venue as a holiday night under the lights.

Orlando Snow Machine Rental Questions

Will a snow machine work in Florida heat?
Yes. It runs in any temperature, inside or outside, and what it makes is safe for skin and clothing.
Who operates the machine during my rental?
Our Orlando crew. Staffed rental means a team member runs the snow for your booked time, so you never touch the equipment.
What do we need ready on site?
Level ground about 25 by 25 feet (lawn or paved), two standard outlets within reach, and nothing else - there is no water line. For the Snow Festival, line up two volunteers to help at the games.
How big a group does one setup handle?
Plan on about 30-35 guests, ages 3+. Popcorn and snow cones are sized for up to 35 as well; larger groups are quoted.
How does the deposit work?
A $100 deposit holds your date, or 10 percent on large events. Deposits are not refunded, but a deposit stays good for a year against a rescheduled event.
What if storms are in the forecast?
Cancel for weather at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time and your deposit carries for up to a year.
