Orlando Corporate Snow FAQs

Can the snow run inside our venue?
Yes. Indoors or out, in any temperature; it needs two standard outlets and a flat 25 x 25 ft area.
What deposit holds a corporate date?
Large events take a 10 percent deposit; smaller bookings take $100. Deposits are not refunded but stay good for a year against a rescheduled event.
Is there a travel charge?
None within 30 minutes. For venues farther out, the fee is set before you book.
Can we add food or entertainment?
Yes: Popcorn and Snow Cones ($85 each, up to 35 guests), and Glitter Tattoos, Balloon Twisting or Face Painting at $150 an hour.
